The Sacrament of Confirmation is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit given by Christ to strengthen baptized Christians to complete their God-given mission of building up His Kingdom on earth. Candidates for Confirmation renew their baptismal promises and are sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit. Confirmation is a “sending out” of Christians for a life of service and spreading the word of God.

Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation takes place in the 6 th grade and includes a combination of understanding the need for and developing a personal relationship with Jesus, prayer, discipleship and learning about the sacrament itself. Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from September through April. Use this link to enroll your child.
